目的观察86例癫痫患者的认知功能状况,同时检测患者组及对照组血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及亮氨酸-脑啡肽(L-EK)水平变化,以探讨NSE、L-EK与癫痫患者认知障碍的关系。方法采用洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定量表(LOTCA)对86例癫痫患者及33名健康人进行测评;应用电化学发光免疫测定法测定血清NSE、L-EK水平,对数据进行统计学分析。结果患者组的LOTCA评分为(66.17±16.39)分,对照组为(102.25±7.34)分,患者组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。患者组血清NSE为(39.98±11.25)ng/ml、L-EK为(136.74±66.51)pg/ml,均高于对照组(P<0.05);且血清L-EK、NSE水平随认知障碍程度加重而提高,各不同认知程度组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论癫痫患者存在认知障碍的倾向,测定患者血清L-EK及NSE水平对判断患者认知障碍程度具有重要价值。
Objective To observe the cognitive function of 86 epileptic patients and to detect the changes of serum neuron specific enolase (NSE) and leucine enkephalin (L-EK) levels in patients and controls to explore the relationship between NSE, The relationship between L-EK and cognitive impairment in patients with epilepsy. Methods 86 patients with epilepsy and 33 healthy individuals were evaluated by using the Livingston Cognitive Assessment Scale (LOTCA). Serum NSE and L-EK levels were measured by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay, and the data were statistically analyzed analysis. Results The LOTCA score was (66.17 ± 16.39) in patients and 102.25 ± 7.34 in patients in control group, which was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01). Serum NSE was (39.98 ± 11.25) ng / ml and L-EK was (136.74 ± 66.51) pg / ml in the patients, which were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Serum levels of L-EK and NSE were associated with cognitive impairment The degree of increase and increase, the different cognitive groups, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion There is a tendency of cognitive impairment in patients with epilepsy. It is of great value to determine the level of serum L-EK and NSE in patients with cognitive impairment.
