科技期刊要获得可持续发展,需要做好编委的遴选工作,在编委遴选过程中应充分考虑其代表性、合理性,学科专业覆盖的均衡性以及地区分布的广泛性。在编委会制定的办刊方针指导下,编委承担了组稿、审稿、定稿工作,并在期刊审稿专家和作者队伍的建设中提供支持和帮助,促进期刊在业内及国际的交流与合作,使期刊得以健康发展。要充分发挥编委的作用,期刊应通过参加各类学术活动、提供平台支持等与编委们保持经常性联系,并以双赢方式调动编委参与期刊工作的积极性。
In order to obtain sustainable development, sci-tech periodicals need to do a good job in the selection of the editorial board.
