高马科GT6300型滑模摊铺机能摊铺宽度6.3m水泥混凝土路面。该型摊铺机在摊铺水泥混凝土路面时,不需另设轨道和模板,依靠其本身的模板,就能按照设计的路面宽度、厚度和拱度对水泥混凝土摊铺成型。该型摊铺机施工场景如图1所不。1.工作原理该型摊铺机摊铺混凝土路面过程如下:首先,自卸车或混凝土搅拌运输车将混凝土卸在路上。其次,摊铺机的螺旋布料器将堆积在路上的混凝土横向均匀地摊铺开,抹平控制板将混凝土抹平。再次,由振捣器对混凝土进行初步振实捣固,挤压成型器对捣实后的混凝土进行挤压成型。最后,利用悬浮抹平器进行平整和定型。
