海勃湾区地处乌海市政府所在地,规模大的中学都由市教委直接管理,但他们都没进行课程改革。我区课程改革以小学为主,中学只有五所,这些学校80%都是企业办学交回地方的,均为九年一贯制,由于种种原因,设施差、师资弱、规模小,学生流失严重,全区七年级一共14个班,533名学生,10名语文教师。在这样的背景下,我区开始了课程改革。实验伊始,我们的心情非常复杂:一方面,大家都想通过课程
The Haibowan District is located in the seat of the Wuhai Municipal Government. Large-scale secondary schools are managed directly by the Municipal Education Commission, but none of them has undergone curriculum reform. The curriculum reform in our district mainly consists of primary schools, and there are only five secondary schools. Eighty per cent of these schools are returned to local schools for running schools. They are all nine-year-and-permanent. Due to various reasons, poor facilities, weak teachers, and small scale cause serious student loss. There are 14 classes in the seventh grade of the district, 533 students and 10 language teachers.
