现代儿童观认为:幼儿是一个独立的、完整的、成长着的拥有极大发展潜能的主体。幼儿自身内在潜能不只是从遗传因素上肯定幼儿发展的可能性,更主要的是让幼儿获得自我发展。但如今家长过多包办,使小班幼儿渐渐失去了自主性,形成了对成人的过度依赖。作为教师和家长应该从尝试入手,创设环境、建构课程、用心观察、利用资源,让孩子在尝试中体验乐趣、激发兴趣、建构学习能力、提高自主性。
The concept of modern children believes that young children are independent, complete and growing subjects with great potential for development. Children’s own inherent potential is not only confirmed by genetic factors, the possibility of early childhood development, more importantly, to allow young children to self-development. However, as parents are over-arranged, children in small classes gradually lose their autonomy and form an over-reliance on adults. As teachers and parents should try to start, create the environment, build the curriculum, intentions observation, use of resources, let the children try the fun, stimulate interest, build learning ability, improve autonomy.
