赵亚欣同志的《职工补课之我见》,对“双补”提出了他自己的看法。一些从事职工教育的同志说“双补”的成绩还是主要的,虽然也存在一些不足。把“双补”的得与失搞清楚看来是很有必要的,因为认识上确存在着(甚至是很大的)差异。本期我们转载赵亚欣同志的文章,期望引起大家的关心和讨论。欢迎同志们各抒己见。讨论中自然可以再补充事实,但更希望同志们能再次学习八号文件,从提出“双补”任务的背景、必要性,任务与需要是否一致,任务的提出与实行的关系,成绩的取得及其原因、问题的存在及其原因,从几年的“双补”实践中可以吸取的经验教训等等方面提出自己的看法,前事不忘,后事之师。我们总结“双补”工作是为了从中获取有益的东西,把今后的工作做得更好,本着这个精神,踊跃参加讨论。。讨论过程中,我们将邀请一些专家作专题论述。
