文化产业已成为新的经济增长点和社会可持续发展的新兴产业。从文化产业的结构框架体系、规范文化产业发展的角度,系统分析文化产业发展相关政策制定的理论和现实依据,提出建构现代文化产业发展综合评价指标体系的策略。
The cultural industry has become a new economic growth point and a new industry of sustainable social development. From the perspective of structural framework of cultural industry and standardizing the development of cultural industry, the author systematically analyzes the theoretical and practical basis for the formulation of relevant policies for the development of cultural industry, and puts forward the strategy of constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for the development of modern cultural industry.
