目的探讨近2年来某综合医院阑尾炎手术患者住院费用的影响因素,为完善医疗保障制度和制定合理的临床路径,降低医疗成本提供参考依据。方法调查2009年-2010年某院阑尾炎住院患者的病案信息资料,数据采用多元回归分析来筛选阑尾炎患者住院费用的主要影响因素。结果影响住院费用的因素由大到小依次为:住院日、药占比、麻醉方式、年龄、病种分型、术前住院日。结论影响阑尾炎患者住院费用的因素很多,其中以住院日、药占比和麻醉方式影响住院费用强度最大。是控制阑尾炎费用时优先考虑的因素。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of appendicitis patients in a general hospital in the past two years and to provide reference for improving the medical insurance system and establishing a reasonable clinical path and reducing the medical costs. Methods The data of medical records of hospitalized patients with appendicitis from 2009 to 2010 were investigated. Multiple regression analysis was used to screen the main influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of appendicitis patients. Results The factors influencing the hospitalization costs were as follows: hospitalization days, medicine proportion, anesthesia method, age, disease type, preoperative hospitalization day. Conclusion There are many factors influencing hospitalization costs in patients with appendicitis. Among them, hospitalization costs, hospitalization proportion and anesthesia affect the cost of hospitalization the most. It is a priority when controlling the cost of appendicitis.
