为了适应日益增多的型腔模具加工的需要,在中国科学院电工研究所的帮助下,我厂自行设计并试制了两台D6135A可控硅式电火花加工机床。在调试可控硅脉冲电源的过程中,我们认为:最重要的是如何提高它的抗干扰能力。特别是可控硅脉冲电源比晶体管、电子管等电源矛盾更加突出。因为可控硅元件,一经干扰信号误触发后,自己丧失关断能力,从而破坏了主回路的正常工作,造成电极和工件严重的直流“烧伤”,甚至烧坏可控硅元件本身。
In order to meet the increasing needs of cavity mold processing, with the help of Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, our factory designed and trial-produced two D6135A silicon controlled EDM machines. In the process of debugging SCR pulse power supply, we think: the most important thing is how to improve its anti-interference ability. In particular, the SCR power supply than transistors, tubes and other power supply more prominent conflicts. Because the thyristor components, once the interference signal false trigger, the loss of their off-capacity, thus undermining the normal operation of the main circuit, resulting in serious electrode and workpiece DC “burn”, and even burn the SCR itself.
