黄连Coptis chinensis Tranch为常用名贵中药。其化学、药理、临床等研究较多,栽培方面也有不少报道。为探讨不同生长龄期黄连产量与质量的关系,我们采用测定单株重量的方法,并以其主要有效成分小檗碱为指标,比较了不同龄期黄连中小檗碱的含量变化,从中找出黄连最佳生长年限。现报道如下。实验材料本实验所用不同生长龄期黄连均采用梅花采样法采自平利县桃坪乡小河村药材种植场,该场海拔1860——1950m,各龄期栽培及管理条件基本一致,采挖日期见表1。不同生长龄期黄连的单株产量随机抽取三龄黄连20株,其它龄期均各取10株,80℃以下烘干,炮制成商品规格后称重,计算不同生长龄期黄连的单株产量。结果见表2。从实验结果清楚看到黄连单株产量随着生长龄期的不同有较大的差距。3龄期黄连单株
Coptis chinensis Tranch is a commonly used rare Chinese medicine. Its chemistry, pharmacology, clinical research, etc., there are many reports on cultivation. In order to investigate the relationship between the yield and quality of Coptis chinensis at different growth ages, we used the method of determining the weight of individual plants, and compared the berberine content in Coptis chinensis at different ages with the main active ingredient berberine as the index, and found out Coptis best growth period. The report is as follows. Experimental materials Coptis chinensis used in different growth ages of this experiment was collected from the medicinal plantation of Xiaohe Village, Taoping Township, Pingli County by plum sampling method. The site was 1860-1950m above sea level, and the cultivation and management conditions were basically the same for all ages. See Table 1. Twenty-three Coptis chinensis varieties were randomly selected from different growth ages, and 10 other cultivars were taken at the other ages. They were dried at a temperature below 80°C and were weighed after being processed into guns to determine the yield per plant of Coptis chinensis at different growth ages. . The results are shown in Table 2. From the experimental results, it is clearly seen that the yield per plant of Coptis chinensis differs greatly with the age of growth. 3rd instar Coptis per plant
