市场环境和消费者需求不断变化,给企业项目管理体系提出更高的要求。新车型的导入项目管理体系,强调企业内外部组织协作,使用现代化管理运营手段和方式,在进度、成本管控等环节上发挥着很大的作用。本文结合实际案例对新车型导入的项目管理体系的改善进行阐述和分析,提出从组织架构、资源管控、项目全过程、阶段性评价等进行管理体系的改革规划。无论对于新车型导入还是后续车型导入的项目管理,都有一定的借鉴意义。
The changing market environment and consumer demand have raised higher requirements for the enterprise project management system. The introduction of new models of project management system, emphasizing the internal and external organizational collaboration, the use of modern management tools and means of operation, in the progress, cost control and other aspects play a significant role. Based on the actual case, this paper expounds and analyzes the improvement of the project management system introduced by the new model, and proposes the reform plan of the management system from organizational structure, resource management and control, the whole process of the project and stage evaluation. Whether for the introduction of new models or follow-up models imported project management, have some reference.
