很难再有地方像新加坡这样让人不知身处何国了。门口堆满鞋子的印度神庙隔壁,就是香火燎绕的观音堂,而泰式千光寺的不远处,又是穆斯林聚集的清真寺,不时传出古兰经的诵祷声。再走几步,还屹立着十字架高耸的天主教堂。这里一条街满是穿纱丽、额头点着红印的印度女人;旁边一条街又是一群讲粤语的大爷在吹水,可能再往前走一点,拐到CBD附近,就能看到类似香港中环的景象,鱼贯而出写字楼的白领们,又步履匆匆地鱼贯而入地下铁。只有在这里,当我在路上想抓一位路人询问时,会纠结该用哪种语言。看似华人的,走近了一听,他们可能在讲台湾腔的、东北味的、字正腔圆的普通话,也有可能是粤
