通过对吉林省桦甸加级河2013年8月15日暴雨洪水全面分析,应用暴雨分析和洪水调查的水文数据,还原出大洪水的重现期。文章论述暴雨的发生时间及过程、暴雨的时空分布,暴雨强度,洪水的锋量组成等情况,分析了该次暴雨洪水的特性,气象成因、洪水特点,为今后的城市防洪、水利工程设计提供依据。
Based on a comprehensive analysis of storm floods on August 15, 2013 in Huadian Plus River, Jilin Province, the recurrence period of floods was restored by applying storm data and hydrological data of flood investigation. The article discusses the occurrence time and process of heavy rain, the spatial and temporal distribution of heavy rain, the intensity of heavy rain and the composition of the flood front.
