乳品是儿童成长必需的钙、蛋白质等物质的最佳来源之一,每天至少给孩子喝一杯奶,正成为越来越多父母的共识。但儿童保健专家提醒,6岁以下幼儿最好不要喝鲜奶。
Dairy products are one of the best sources of calcium, protein and other substances necessary for the growth of children. Drinking dairy products at least once a day is becoming the consensus of more and more parents. However, child health experts advise children under 6 years of age is best not to drink milk.
