1978年底我们对北京东郊八个棉纺厂在职职工及部分退休人员无选择地进行了高血压病的流行病学调查。此调查是按1978年8月中国医学科学院心血管疾病研究所拟定的调查方法及诊断标准进行的,只根据测量出的数字来进行诊断。凡既往测量出血压超过正常,1978年在管理情况下又在不同时间有过两次血压不正常(除外症状性高血压),均被列为高血压病。凡血压达140/90毫米汞柱及以上者列为临界高血压病,血压在160/95毫米汞柱及以上者列为国际标准高血压病。调查及防治效果小结如下: 一、高血压病患病率六个工厂采用登记方法,两个工厂用普查方法,
By the end of 1978, we carried out an epidemiological investigation of hypertension in our workforce and some retirees at eight cotton spinning factories in the eastern suburbs of Beijing. This survey was conducted in August 1978 by the Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences prepared by the investigation methods and diagnostic criteria, only based on the measured figures to be diagnosed.
