１９９８年嫩江洪水期间，地下水位上升，居民小区生活受到影响，采用机械方式排水，造成建筑物地基发生不均匀沉降， 墙体出现严重裂缝。文中介绍了产生裂缝原因、加固处理方案设计及加固施工过程。经过加固处理后．建筑物使用 良好，达到了预期目的。
During the flood in Nen River in 1998, the groundwater level rose and the residential area was affected. Drainage by mechanical means resulted in uneven settlement of the foundations of buildings and serious cracks in the walls.
