每个领导干部都希望在任期内能干出一些政绩,赢得干部群众的口碑。但是,如何创造政绩却是一个值得探讨的问题。在现实生活中,一些领导重视的可能是上项目、搞工程之类的“显性”政绩,对于那些涉及群众利益、利于部门单位长远发展,但是周期长、费劲大、见效慢的“隐性”政绩,往往不太注意去做,甚至不屑于做,这种现象值得关注。创造“隐性”政绩,首先需要各级领导干部自觉以科学发展观为指导,树立正确的政绩观。俗话说:“金杯银杯不如老百姓的口碑。”领
Each leading cadre hopes to accomplish some political achievements during his term of office and win the praise of cadres and masses. However, how to create political achievement is a question worth exploring. In real life, some leaders may attach importance to the “dominant” performance of the projects and engage in engineering. For those who involve the interests of the masses and benefit the long-term development of the departmental units, the long-term, laborious and slow-acting “Implicit” performance, often do not pay much attention to do, or even bother to do, this phenomenon deserve attention. To create “hidden ” performance, we must first require leading cadres at all levels consciously guided by the scientific concept of development, establish a correct view of achievements.
