研究了形变热处理对GH4169合金显微组织和晶界特征分布(GBCD)的影响因素。通过金相显微镜(OM)、电子扫描电子显微镜SEM和能谱仪(EDS)分析显微组织和析出相,通过电子背射衍射(EBSD)研究形变量对晶界特征分布的影响。结果表明:形变量对析出相的形核和长大有促进作用;小形变量对特殊晶界形成促进作用最明显,形变量为9.8%低ΣCSL晶界比例最高。
The effect of deformation heat treatment on microstructure and grain boundary characteristic distribution (GBCD) of GH4169 alloy was studied. The microstructures and precipitates were analyzed by optical microscope (OM), electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), and the influence of deformation on the grain boundary distribution was studied by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). The results show that the amount of deformation promotes the nucleation and growth of the precipitates, and the effect of small deformation on the formation of special grain boundaries is most obvious. The deformation amount is 9.8% and the proportion of low ΣCSL is the highest.
