世界各国执法机构不断加强对毒品犯罪的打击力度,希望根除毒品的非法生产和贸易。为达到这一目的,通过对没收毒品的物理和化学分析可获得重要的信息,特别是与来源和生产有关的杂质的确证和定量,尤为重要。从这些数据中可获得各种有用的表征,即,杂质图谱(又称化学表征或指纹分析),用于比对分析以推断毒品的来源,化学计量学为比对分析的方法。鉴于目前使用了多种化学计量学方法,有必要对其进行分类整理。本文依据海洛因样品分类中所使用化学计量学方法的原理和应用进行了综述,以期化学计量学在海洛因样品分类中获得更好地应用。
Law enforcement agencies in all countries in the world have been continuously cracking down on drug crimes and want to eradicate the illicit production of and trade in drugs. To achieve this, it is particularly important to obtain important information through physical and chemical analysis of drug seizures, especially the confirmation and quantification of impurities related to origin and production. A variety of useful representations are available from these data, namely, impurity profiles (aka chemical characterization or fingerprinting) for comparison analysis to infer the origin of the drug and stoichiometry is the method of comparison analysis. In view of the current use of a variety of chemometric methods, it is necessary to sort them. This review summarizes the principles and applications of stoichiometry in heroin sample classification, in the hope that chemometrics can be better applied in heroin sample classification.
