本研究采用5 Gy X 射线全身照射雄性大鼠,观察人参三醇组甙对下丘脑-垂体-睾丸系统功能的影响。动物于照前24 h 及照后每天经腹腔给予三醇组甙5 mg,共14次。实验结果表明,单纯照射组与正常对照组比较,睾丸组织受到明显损伤,血清睾丸酮水平和睾丸环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)及下丘脑亮氨酸脑啡肽(L-Enk)含量明显降低,血清滤泡刺激素(FSH)水平明显增加;但在照射加人参组中,上述指标都接近正常对照组水平。提示人参三醇组甙可减轻受照大鼠生殖内分泌轴的损伤,具有保护下丘脑-垂体-性腺系统功能的作用,并促进其辐射损伤的恢复过程。
In this study, 5 Gy X-rays were used to irradiate male rats to observe the effect of ginseng triol on the function of hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular system. Animals were given intraperitoneally with triol 5 mg for 14 times daily before and 24 hours after irradiation. The experimental results showed that the testicular tissue was significantly damaged compared with the normal control group in the simple irradiation group. Serum testosterone levels and testicular cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and hypothalamic leucine enkephalin (L-Enk) levels were significantly reduced. Follicular stimulating hormone (FSH) levels increased significantly; but in the irradiation plus ginseng group, the above indicators were close to the normal control group. It is suggested that the ginsenoside triol group can reduce the damage of the reproductive endocrine axis of the irradiated rat, protect the function of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal system, and promote the recovery process of radiation damage.
