在急性危重病人的血液动力学监测中,肺毛细血管嵌入压能够较好地反映左室功能。在无原发性肺部疾患时,肺动脉舒张压与肺毛细血管嵌入压意义相当,故在无条件或不能测肺毛细血管嵌入压时,则可以测肺动脉舒张压来评价左室功能。用微细导管法测定肺动脉舒张压虽可床旁检查、简单、准确而又相对安全,但此法毕竟系属创伤性检查,且对病人有一定痛苦。本文以 M 型超声心动图法预测肺动脉舒张压,为血液动力学的无创性监测提出一个新的方法。
In acute critically ill patients with hemodynamic monitoring, pulmonary capillary embedding pressure can better reflect the left ventricular function. In the absence of primary pulmonary disease, pulmonary artery diastolic pressure and pulmonary capillary embedding pressure is quite meaningful, so in an unconditioned or can not measure pulmonary capillary embedding pressure, you can measure pulmonary artery diastolic pressure to evaluate left ventricular function. Micro-catheter method for the determination of pulmonary artery diastolic pressure can bedside examination, simple, accurate and relatively safe, but after all, this method belongs to a traumatic examination, and the patient has some pain. In this paper, M-mode echocardiography is used to predict the diastolic blood pressure of pulmonary artery, and a new method for non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring is proposed.
