通过对长径比 L/D =1.2 5 ~ 4 .0、进口倒 (圆 )角比W(R) /D =0 .1~ 0 .5的 10组不同几何参数喷孔的试验研究得出了喷孔流量系数CD与流动参数和几何参数的关系。结果表明 :进口为圆角或倒角都可大幅度提高其流量系数 ,而 4 5°倒角孔在W/D>0 .1以后 ,流量系数CD对倒角比不敏感。推荐在设计喷油杆或喷油环喷孔时优先采用进口 4 5°倒角孔
