The traditional chrysanthemums are divided into yellow and white. Huang Ju is used for medicinal purposes and white chrysanthemum is used for tea. Chrysanthemum is a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine, and it is one of Zhejiang specialty “Zhehaba”. As a tribute in the history of Hang Ju, it is known as Hang Bai Gongju. White chrysanthemum petals like white jade, flower core color like gold, thick and large meat, strong and elegant aroma, taste sweet and alcoholic, boiled water to drink, fragrance overflowing.
