近几年来,国内已广泛把砂石路面改造为渣油路面(黑色路面)。但就我省来看,渣油路面由于多种因素给养护上带来了不少困难。因此,在山岭重丘地区已不采用。山区公路仍以砂石路面为主。我县为了养好砂石路面,钻研养路技术,按操作规程办事,逐步摸索出一套板结砂石路面的养护方法。在我县地形、气温等条件下,较为适应。一、砂、土的采备与拌和砂、土是养护砂石路面的“粮食”,要养好砂石路面,必须采备质量好、符合标准的砂子和粘土,其要求如下: 1.选择质量合格的砂子、粘土。砂子要质地坚硬、无杂质。粘土要具有塑性指数在15以上、能够作砖、瓦、陶器的粘土。 2.砂、土的处理:砂、土均要过筛,砂子过2厘米的筛,粘土要凉晒干后压碎过1
