为了研究胶粉对橡胶沥青性能的影响,本文通过变换废轮胎胶粉掺量和废轮胎胶粉细度,进行橡胶沥青的针入度、软化点、延度、弹性恢复试验,并计算橡胶沥青的针入度指数。随着废轮胎胶粉细度增大,橡胶沥青的粘度和低温性能随之增强,但高温性能会减弱,感温性和弹性恢复性能在胶粉细度为60目时达到最大。
In order to study the influence of rubber powder on the performance of rubber asphalt, this paper through the transformation of waste tire rubber powder dosage and waste tire powder fineness, rubber asphalt penetration, softening point, ductility, elastic recovery test, and calculate the rubber asphalt The penetration index. With the increase of the fineness of the tire rubber powder, the viscosity and low temperature performance of the rubber asphalt will be enhanced, but the high temperature performance will be weakened, and the temperature sensitivity and elastic recovery performance will reach the maximum when the fineness of the rubber powder is 60 mesh.
