针对国内外研究较少的泡沫温拌沥青混合料和易性问题,采用沥青混合料和易性检测装置对不同级配类型、不同沥青类型的泡沫温拌沥青混合料在不同温度下的和易性进行检测,并与相应的热拌沥青混合料进行比较。试验结果表明:同一温度下泡沫温拌和常规热拌基质沥青Sup13混合料的和易性优于相应的Sup20混合料,说明混合料的公称最大粒径越大,拌合扭矩越大,和易性越差;泡沫温拌70#基质沥青sup13混合料的施工和易性优于泡沫温拌SBS改性沥青sup13混合料,泡沫温拌沥青的粘度越小,混合料的和易性越好。泡沫温拌沥青混合料的和易性优于相应的热拌沥青混合料,泡沫温拌技术可以使混合料在较常规热拌沥青混合料降低20~30℃的情况下拌合施工。
