The construction progress management is a multi-faceted and multi-part systematic project. It needs to be constantly updated and improved from the management methods. The construction management can be managed and monitored in a comprehensive way and can be effectively used in practice. Improve the management efficiency and quality of the construction process, reduce the rework rate and cost of the construction project and better complete the construction of the project.
