针对塔韩铁路支线作业量小、运输能力浪费、冗员情况突出等问题,对塔韩铁路支线的运输组织方式进行改革,关闭了线内车站,运输组织方式由列车运行改为调车取送。改革取得了用工人数大幅减少、机构设置得到精简、请配车管理优化、减少了中间站管理环节的效果,探索出了一条支线运输组织方式改革的新思路。
In order to solve the problems of small workload, wasteful transport capacity and redundant workers in the regional dispatches of the tower and railway lines in South Korea, the transport organization of the regional railways in South Korea and South Korea was reformed and the stations in the railway lines were closed. The transport organization mode was changed from train operation to shunting. The reform made significant reductions in the number of workers and the streamlining of institutional settings. The management of distribution vehicles was optimized to reduce the effectiveness of the management of intermediate stations and a new idea was proposed to reform the regional transport organization.
