考察了新技术企业如何利用技术专利来影响外部资源持有者的投资决策,并探索了新技术企业质量的不确定性对该决策过程的调节效应。研究发现:新技术企业拥有的发明专利数量越多,越容易整合到外部资源;但是,随着资源持有者对新技术企业内在质量的感知不确定性的降低,发明专利对新企业资源整合效果的影响不再显著。
Examines how new technology firms use technology patents to influence the investment decisions of external resource holders and explores the regulatory effect of the uncertainty of the quality of new technology firms on that decision process. The study found that the more new patents owned by the new technology enterprises, the easier it is to integrate into the external resources. However, as resource owners reduce the perception uncertainty of the intrinsic quality of new technology enterprises, The effect is no longer significant.
