我厂经多次试验,制造了一只高低压油箱,适合在机械加工的夹具上使用,特别适用在多个小工件夹紧的夹具上。经实践使用证明,该油箱结构简单、制造方便、压力高(可达250kgf/cm~2)、使用可靠、动作迅速、操作方便、占地面积小、还能节约能源。一、油箱结构油箱的结构见图1所示。图中电动机通过蜗轮付减速后,带动两个凸轮3转动,凸轮推动柱塞4(直径18mm)作往复运动,产生了高压油。另一方面,在蜗杆轴上直接联接一个齿轮泵(流量5l/min)。这样,当电动机启动后,一面带动柱塞产生高压油;一面带动齿轮泵产生低压油,两路油分别控制夹具的夹紧动作。
