社会主义国家的经济改革或迟或早地都经历了一个由黄金时代到危机时代的过程,其中内在的逻辑联系和改革的时机、战略、方法的选择都值得我们重视和深思。为了进一步推动我国经济改革理论的深入研究,我编辑部和中国人民大学苏联东欧研究所、校科研处联合发起“苏东改革的经验、教训及借鉴意义”研讨会。现将部分同志的发言整理发表,以期引起理论界同志的共鸣。
The economic reforms in the socialist countries have experienced, from time to time, a process from the golden era to a crisis era. The logical connection between them and the timing, strategy and choice of reforms deserve our attention and reflection. In order to further promote the in-depth study of the theory of economic reform in our country, my editorial department and the Soviet East European Research Institute and the Scientific Research Office of the People's University of China jointly launched a seminar on “Experiences, Lessons and Lessons Learned from the Soviet-East Reform.” Now some comrades will finish their speeches in order to arouse the sympathy of theorists in theorists.
