液压工作液体流经管路时,由于摩擦使系统压力降低,同时产生热量,这就是压力降。合理地设计系统,适当选用软管就可以将系统压力降减到最低程度。软管内径是决定其压力降最重要的因素。一般地说,对于给定的运行条件,软管内径越大压力降越小。因此,为了使压力降最小,最简单的办法就是尽可能采用最大内径的软管。但是,由于软管尺寸越大,价格越高,额定压力降低。因而,这种方法并不实用。

Reasonable design of the system, the appropriate choice of hose system pressure can be reduced to a minimum. Hose diameter is the most important factor in determining the pressure drop. In general, for a given operating condition, the greater the hose inner diameter, the lower the pressure drop. Therefore, in order to minimize pressure drop, the easiest way is to use the hose with the largest inner diameter possible. However, the higher the pressure, the lower the rated pressure due to the larger hose size. Therefore, this method is not practical.
