利用铅片标记甲状腺后,在电子计算机感兴趣区(ROI)操作下,计算甲状腺面积的数学模型的建立和相应的计算机程序的开发应用以及在各脏器显像中的推广应用。结果显示:它弥补了肉眼观察之不足,是一种简便、准确可靠的方法,为临床提供客观科学的数据资料。
After marking the thyroid gland with lead sheet, the establishment of mathematical model of thyroid area under the ROI of computer and the development and application of corresponding computer program and the popularization and application in various organ imaging are carried out. The results show that: it makes up for the lack of visual observation, is a simple, accurate and reliable method for the clinical objective data to provide scientific data.
