随着我国社会生活的不断发展和科学技术的进步以及企业单位人事制度改革的不断深入,我国的人事档案管理也受到一定的影响,发生了重大的改革和变迁。因此,开展医院档案管理工作有必要转变思路,加强人事档案的管理,充分发挥人事档案的资源优势,为医院选拔和使用人才提供真实可靠的材料。
