目的:探索高职院校社区护理课程改革的方法及策略,进而培养出素质高、实践能力强、服务理念先进的社区护理人才。方法:采用文献研究法、调查法了解高职院校社区护理课程教学开展现状以及实际社区护理岗位工作开展现状及其对人才的需求,并结合专家意见形成针对性强的教学改革方案。结果:优化课程标准、建设师资队伍、改革教学方法、重视对学生择业观和就业观的引导教育等教学改革策略有助于提高社区护理的教学质量。结论:目前,我国职业院校社区护理教学仍有许多不足之处,本次教学改革在一定程度上推动了我院社区护理的教学水平,可为其他兄弟院校开展社区护理教育提供一定的参考价值。
Objective: To explore the methods and strategies of community nursing curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges so as to cultivate community nursing talents with high quality, practical ability and advanced service concept. Methods: Using literature research method and investigation method to understand the status quo of community nursing course teaching in higher vocational colleges and the present situation of actual community nursing post work and its demand for qualified personnel, combined with the opinions of experts, a targeted teaching reform program was formed. Results: The strategies of teaching reform, such as optimizing curriculum standards, building teaching staff, reforming teaching methods and attaching importance to students’ career guidance and guidance education, are helpful to improve the teaching quality of community nursing. Conclusion: At present, there are still many shortcomings in the community nursing teaching in vocational schools in our country. This teaching reform has promoted the teaching level of community nursing in our hospital to a certain extent, which can provide reference for community nursing education in other colleges and universities. value.
