本文以剖析高中年级室内蛙泳腿部技能教学设计为例,课题是人教版《体育与健康》教材第十一章第二节的学习内容《蛙泳-腿部技能教学》,是单元设计中的第3课时,遵循学生运动技能形成的理论,逐步建立运动认知、动作联结和自动化三个阶段,探索多媒体辅助对本课教学目标、学习方式、教学过程、教学效果等要素的影响与变化。一、多媒体辅助准备活动部分教学实例分析多媒体辅助教学:四种游泳姿势的动画、视频(见图1)。
