为促进赣州市更好地建设生态文明城市,采用文献研究、专家论证、实践验证等途径,依据赣州市生态文明建设的现状,以定量分析为原则筛选了生态教育、生态保护、生态经济、系统调控和保障体系5个一级评估指标及32个二级评估指标,构建了赣州市生态文明建设效果评估体系。通过采集赣州市某年度相关数据,可求得各项指标的实际评估值及评估综合值,为赣州市政府生态文明建设决策提供参考。
In order to promote the better construction of eco - civilization city in Ganzhou, this paper selects the methods of ecological education, ecological protection, eco - economy and system based on the principle of quantitative analysis based on the current situation of eco - civilization construction in Ganzhou City through literature research, expert argumentation and practical verification. Control and security system, five first-level assessment indicators and 32 second-level assessment indicators to construct Ganzhou ecological civilization construction evaluation system. By collecting relevant data from a certain year in Ganzhou City, the actual evaluation value and evaluation comprehensive value of each index can be obtained, which can provide reference for the decision-making of eco-civilization construction of Ganzhou municipal government.
