对成品油进口的过度依赖使伊朗财政不堪负重,国家安全也受到严重威胁。为缓解国内成品油短缺的压力,伊朗政府推出了燃油配给制度,但能否推行下去,4个月后可见分晓。
Over-reliance on imports of refined oil products has put Iran’s finances at risk and national security is also seriously threatened. In order to ease the pressure of the shortage of domestic refined oil products, the Iranian government introduced the fuel rationing system. However, whether it can be implemented or not can be seen after 4 months.
