目的:探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者12导联体表心电图中T波峰末间期(Tpe)测量的最佳导联。方法:纳入2011~2013年来我院心内科就诊的AMI患者232例,并选取同期在本院行健康体检的200例正常人作为对照组,分别测量两组中全部导联的Tpe值并进行比较。结果:AMI组中V2导联的Tpe值最大,与其它各导联上的Tpe值两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组中V2导联的Tpe值,除与V3导联无统计学差异外,均大于其它导联(P<0.05)。AMI组中各导联的Tpe值均大于对照组相应导联的Tpe值[(113±16)ms vs.(87±18)ms,P<0.05]。结论:在AMI患者和正常人中,测量和分析T波峰末间期时,选择胸前区导联可能更具可靠性、稳定性。
Objective: To investigate the optimal lead of T-wave peak (Tpe) measurement in 12-lead body surface electrocardiogram in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: A total of 232 AMI patients admitted to our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were enrolled in this study. 200 normal subjects who were in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Tpe values of all the leads in both groups were measured and compared . Results: The Tpe value of V2 lead was the highest in AMI group, and there was significant difference compared with other Tpe values (P <0.05). The Tpe value of V2 lead in control group, Lead no significant difference, were greater than other lead (P <0.05). The Tpe of each lead in the AMI group was greater than that of the corresponding lead of the control group [(113 ± 16) ms vs. (87 ± 18) ms, P <0.05]. CONCLUSIONS: In the AMI patients and normal individuals, the choice of the precordial lead may be more reliable and stable when measuring and analyzing the end-T wave.
