对2例Miller Fisher综合征进行了广泛电生理研究,包括肌电图(EMG),运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)、听觉诱发电位(ABR)及脑电图(EEG)等。结果显示:周围神经有广泛失神经电位,但运动及感觉神经传导速度均在正常范围,ABR及EEG未见异常,故证实该综合征有肯定的周围神经损害,但严重的共济失调亦不能除外中枢性损害的可能。结果提示该综合征更可能是以周围神经机能不良为主,选择性地损害某些颅神经,并伴有中枢小脑或脑干受累的一个特殊疾病单元。
