目的对实验性脑缺血后的神经学检查及认知功能的评价进行综述。方法通过查阅最新相关文献,阐述神经学检查及认知功能评价方法在脑缺血动物模型中的应用。结果实验性脑缺血研究时,进行行为学评价是1种行之有效的检测脑缺血严重程度的方法。结论实验性脑缺血的神经学检查及认知功能评价在检测脑缺血模型以及缺血后动物的恢复方面起着很重要的作用,结合其他生化检测,能更加全面地评价脑缺血模型及干预措施的疗效。
Objective To review the neurological examination and cognitive function after experimental cerebral ischemia. Methods By referring to the latest relevant literature, the application of neurological examination and cognitive function evaluation in cerebral ischemia model were described. Results In the experimental cerebral ischemia study, behavioral evaluation was an effective method to detect the severity of cerebral ischemia. Conclusions The neurological examination and cognitive function evaluation of experimental cerebral ischemia plays an important role in the detection of cerebral ischemia model and recovery of animals after ischemia. Combined with other biochemical tests, it can evaluate cerebral ischemia model more completely And the efficacy of interventions.
