鼻腔异物多种多样，缝衣外卡于鼻腔实属罕见，临床尚未有报道。笔者1999年8月25日通治1例。患者潘某某，男，20岁，因被发现右鼻腔缝衣针半小时来诊。患者弱智，平时有用缝衣针措鼻、掏耳之不良习惯。半小时前其母发现其右鼻腔有一根缝衣外，遂来诊。患者交待不清缝衣针刺人鼻?
