用对苯二甲酸、2,4-二氨基苯酚盐酸盐为原料合成了对苯撑二(4-氨基苯并恶唑)。采用正交试验方法讨论了原料配比、反应时间、反应温度和催化剂的用量对产品收率的影响,并得出了优选反应工艺条件为:物料配比为n(2,4-二氨基苯酚盐酸盐):n(对苯二甲酸)=2.1;反应时间为7h;反应温度为210℃;n(多聚磷酸):n(对苯二甲酸)=1.5,在此条件下产品的收率可以达到87%以上,经精制后产品的纯度可以达到99.4以上。
Phenylenebis (4-aminobenzoxazole) was synthesized from terephthalic acid and 2,4-diaminophenol hydrochloride. The effects of the ratio of the raw materials, the reaction time, the reaction temperature and the amount of the catalyst on the yield of the product were discussed by orthogonal test. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of n (2,4-diaminophenol Hydrochloride): n (terephthalic acid) = 2.1; reaction time 7h; reaction temperature 210 ℃; n (polyphosphoric acid): n (terephthalic acid) = 1.5, The rate can reach more than 87%, after purification the purity of the product can reach more than 99.4.
