人小核糖核酸病毒(Picornavirus)包括肠道病毒和鼻病毒。八十年来,人们不断用当时最先进的手段对其进行最详尽的研究。因此,它与整个病毒学的发展息息相关。其抗原研究亦不例外。一、几种病毒颗粒的中和抗原活性小核糖核酸病毒的整个复制过程在细胞质中完成。在病毒RNA的指导下合成一个大的肽链,经过剪切形成病毒外壳蛋白VP_1、VP_3、VP_0(VP_2和VP_4的前体),再和RNA经过复杂的组装过程形成完整的病毒颗粒。
Picornavirus includes enterovirus and rhinovirus. For more than 80 years, people have been using their most advanced means to carry out the most thorough studies on them. Therefore, it is closely related to the development of virology. Its antigen research is no exception. Neutralizing Antigen Activity of Several Virus Particles The entire replication process of picornaviruses is accomplished in the cytoplasm. Under the guidance of viral RNA, a large peptide chain is synthesized, and then the viral capsid proteins VP_1, VP_3 and VP_0 (precursors of VP_2 and VP_4) are sheared to form complete virus particles through complicated assembly process with RNA.
