随着博物馆和文物保护事业的迅速发展,改革与完善我国文博管理制度已成为当前推进我国文博事业健康、快速发展的当务之急。基于我国文博事业发展的现实诉求,当前文博管理制度改革的基本路径应在于完善博物馆理事会制度,提升博物馆的治理能力,改良文化遗产保护的载体;建立健全文化遗产产权登记制度,优化文化遗产保护的秩序,增进文化遗产保护的主体动力;建立健全文化遗产生态代偿制度,营造文化遗产保护的良好环境,实现文化遗产传承发展的长效、可持续。
With the rapid development of museums and cultural relics protection, reform and improvement of China’s cultural management system has become the top priority at present for promoting the healthy and rapid development of China’s cultural industry.
