为更好地认识昆明市烤烟品种质量特征,运用模糊数学和主成分分析方法计算出代表烟叶质量状况的CCUI值(化学成分可用性指数),对昆明市烤烟品种K326、红花大金元(红大)、云烟87、NC102和NC297的化学成分可用性进行综合评价,分析了主要化学成分与色素、多酚的关系。结果表明:①昆明烟叶总糖、钾、氯含量和钾氯比适宜,还原糖和烟碱偏高,总氮含量和糖碱比、氮碱比稍低。②昆明市烟叶化学成分可用性指数Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ级比例分别为5%、31%、50%和14%,CCUI平均值为0.5159,品种间CCUI表现为:红大>云烟87>K326>NC297>NC102。③叶黄素、β-胡萝卜素与氯和烟碱含量呈显著或极显著负相关,与糖碱比、氮碱比和钾氯比呈极显著正相关。
In order to better understand the quality characteristics of flue-cured tobacco varieties in Kunming, the CCUI value (chemical composition availability index) which represents the quality status of tobacco leaves was calculated by using fuzzy mathematics and principal component analysis to evaluate the quality of Kunming tobacco varieties K326, Large), Yunyan 87, NC102 and NC297 comprehensive evaluation of the chemical composition availability, analysis of the main chemical composition and pigment, polyphenols relationship. The results showed that: ① Kunming tobacco leaf total sugar, potassium, chlorine content and potassium to chlorine ratio suitable, reducing sugar and nicotine high, total nitrogen content and the ratio of sugar to alkali, slightly lower than the ratio of nitrogen. (2) The availability indices of chemical constituents of tobacco in Kunming were 5%, 31%, 50% and 14% respectively, and the average CCUI was 0.5159. The CCUI performance of Kunming tobacco was as follows: Hongda> Yunyan 87> K326 > NC297> NC102. ③ Lutein, β-carotene and chlorine and nicotine content showed a significant or very significant negative correlation with the ratio of sugar to alkali, nitrogen and alkali ratio and potassium to chlorine ratio was extremely significant positive correlation.
