目的:观察天麦消渴片对初发2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗、胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将115例初发2型糖尿病患者分为两组,对照组予服吡格列酮片,实验组予服天麦消渴片,连续治疗2个月后,对比两组治疗前后胰岛素抵抗指数和β细胞功能指数。结果:两组均能够降低HOMA-IR和提高HOMA-HBCI,但实验组降低HOMA-IR和提高HOMA-HBCI幅度明显大于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组不良反应发生率1.72%,明显低于对照组的12.28%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麦消渴片在降低初发2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗和提高胰岛β细胞功能方面优于吡格列酮片,且并发症发生率低。
Objective: To observe the effect of Tianma Xiaoke Tablet on insulin resistance and pancreatic β-cell function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: One hundred and fifteen patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given pioglitazone tablets. The experimental group was given Tianma Diabetes tablets. After continuous treatment for 2 months, Insulin resistance index and beta cell function index. Results: HOMA-IR and HOMA-HBCI were decreased in both groups, but the amplitude of HOMA-IR and HOMA-HBCI in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The adverse reactions in experimental group The incidence was 1.72%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (12.28%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tianma Xiaoke Tablet is superior to pioglitazone tablet in reducing insulin resistance and improving the function of pancreatic β cells in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients, and the complication rate is low.
