换挡离合器是工程机械变速器的重要组成部件。湿式换挡离合器由于其换挡平顺,体积小,换挡冲击小等优点,大量应用在工程机械的变速器中。离合器充放油瞬间其油压的变化特性直接影响到工程机械的动力性能,尤其是在高速情况下,离合器卸油特性直接影响到离合器能否彻底分离。建立了离合器充放油的数学模型,采用Matlab中Simulink进行了仿真,对不同转速下的离合器工作性能进行了仿真研究,研究发现离合器离心油压是影响离合器高速下不能彻底分离的主要因素。
Shift clutch is an important part of construction machinery transmission. Wet shift clutch because of its smooth shift, small size, small shift impact, etc., widely used in construction machinery transmission. The characteristics of clutch oil pressure change directly affect the dynamic performance of construction machinery, especially at high speed, the clutch unloading characteristics directly affect the clutch can be completely separated. The mathematic model of clutch charge and discharge oil was set up. Simulink was used to simulate the clutch performance under different speeds. It was found that the centrifugal oil pressure of the clutch was the main factor that could not completely separate the clutch at high speed.
