目的 :探讨眼B超诊断脉络膜恶性黑色素瘤的临床价值。方法 :对 1 0例脉络膜恶性黑色素瘤的临床特征和B超检查结果进行分析。结果 :脉络膜恶性黑色素瘤B超检查呈球形、半球形或蘑菇形 ,不同程度地显示了“挖空”、脉络膜凹陷和声影等影像学特征。其B超诊断和病理检查结果相符。结论 :眼B超诊断脉络膜恶性黑色素瘤方便、准确 ,应成为该病首选的影像学检查方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of choroidal malignant melanoma. Methods: The clinical features and ultrasonographic findings of 10 cases of choroidal malignant melanoma were analyzed. Results: B-mode ultrasonography showed that the choroidal malignant melanoma showed spherical, hemispherical or mushroom shape, showing the imaging characteristics of “hollowing out”, choroidal depression and acoustic shadow to varying degrees. The B-ultrasound diagnosis and pathological examination results. Conclusion: It is convenient and accurate to diagnose choriocapsular melanoma with ocular B-mode ultrasonography, and it should be the first imaging method of this disease.
