钢筋切断机在切钢筋的过程中,定刀片除了承受动刀片给钢筋的切断力(P)外,还受到钢筋的侧向力(P_侧),对于 P 的大小、测试方法及其对整机性能的影响在 GB8521—87《钢筋切断机》和 GB8522—87《钢筋切断机试验方法》国标中有了明确的规定,现我们就 P_侧的有关方面探讨如下。1 定刀片所受侧向力的产生钢筋切断机所切钢筋直径有一定的范围。为了不使两刀刃在最小开口时相碰撞造成恶性事故,两刀片装配的相对位置总是保持一定的侧隙δ,这样就使钢筋受到的切断力 P 和定刀片给的反作用 P′不在一条直线
